All About them White Sneakers

Well, off late it isn’t uncommon to find every second person pass you by with squeaky white sneakers paired with literally anything and everything. And guess what? Now with the trends sweeping in, these white sneaks are only getting more chunky than ever. What’s utterly surprising about this though is that their esteemed owners manage to keep them squeaky clean despite the rains and the slush in Bangalore. Well, fortunately, or unfortunately we are not diving into the “how” of maintaining these sneaks today, even though my O.C.D self is nudging me to do so, but rather how to pull off any look with these bad boys. So is it worth the investment? Heck yes! And believe me, they don’t leave a hole in your pocket so, looks like it’s time to get yourself a pair and explore styling these bad boys. So let’s get to it.

The first look is a workaholic look, this is an ensemble put together for your workplace. Pair a black turtleneck with an oversized blazer, (this could ever be your Father’s, they have the best clothing trust me) along with blue skinny denim to tone down the seriousness of the look and sport your white sneaks with a sling bag to complete the look. Not to forget your reading glasses just in case you need to make a speech at the office. So, there you have it your first look with the white sneaks.

The second look is a more relaxed look, that can be worn when going for a stroll in the park or when meeting a friend over coffee. This look includes a snug fit olive green crop top paired with some grey joggers and white sneaks and a cute little sling bag that can accommodate just about your mobile and lipstick and a credit card literally.

The third look is also another relaxed look that can be worn when catching up with your squad or when going shopping with the girlies. This look includes a bubblegum pink jumper, a knotty little black skirt, white sneaks and a pair of matching sunnies just in case the sun decides to shine so bright on you and your girlies.

The last look, is your Friday- Friyay look, which you’re waiting to get into after a long hard week of work, work, work. This look includes a gold foil dress paired with a distressed white knit top, a black quilted sling worn across to break the large silhouette of the distressed top, paired with your forever white sneaks.
